Creative Director and Photographer — Noun Project Photos
Noun Project had built the world's largest icon library. I was brought in to expand that visual language into photography and built the photo platform from scratch within it.

Defined the creative vision, visual standards, and brand identity for an entirely new content category. Art directed and photographed original campaigns championing diversity and inclusion. Developed the acquisition strategy to launch with 80,000 hand-curated images, later scaling to 250,000. Built a global photographer community of 1,200+ contributors, creating the systems to support them from onboarding through retention.

Noun Project Photos was Product Hunt’s Diversity & Inclusion Product of the Year 2020.

Creative Director and Photographer — Empowered Women and Diversity in Tech Collections, Noun Project
Conceived and led two landmark photo collections addressing the lack of authentic, diverse visual representation in stock photography. The Empowered Women collection launched in partnership with TIME'S UP Foundation, The 3% Movement, The Female Quotient, and Free the Work: 100+ images available free under Creative Commons. The Diversity in Tech collection followed in partnership with All Raise, AnitaB.org, Blavity, and Latinas in Tech — 200+ images challenging who gets seen in the tech industry. Served as creative director on both collections and as contributing photographer on selected images.

Creative Director and Photographer — Disney Baby
Collaborated with AreaLab on the digital strategy, creative direction, and full visual rebrand of Disney Baby's social media. Directed and photographed 7 shoots across product, lifestyle, on-figure, and flat lay, delivering a complete asset library across all platforms.

Photographer and Creative Director — Uber Marketplace
Collaborated with Enso Creative on the creative direction and photography for Uber's Marketplace platform campaign. Shot over 2 days across 4-5 concepts covering UberPool, driver promotions, upfront pricing, and shared rides, producing photo and video assets for use across the Uber Marketplace website.

Creative Director and Photographer — Gibson Guitars

Art directed and photographed the launch campaign for the Jim James ES-335, a signature guitar designed in collaboration with the My Morning Jacket frontman. Produced all photo assets for use across web, print, and social channels.

Creative Director and Photographer — Ashley Tisdale

Collaborated with MOSSY Creative on a full rebrand for Ashley Tisdale — timed to the launch of her new makeup line and music video release. Developed comprehensive brand guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice, and social strategy. Directed and photographed 4 shoots, producing all new photo assets across her online presence and social platforms.
